Your visit to Frost Wellness starts with the ease of free parking in our own parking lot.  No walk-ins please, as I may not be available for assistance.  All appointments are scheduled prior to your visit.

 


Lisa Frost, licensed massage practitioner, has been providing excellent body work in the Silicon Valley area for over ten years, working in high profile spas, while practicing many modalities of massage and spa treatments.  Lisa is also highly trained, and experienced in mind/body work, that can assist in bringing a sense of releasing, grounding, and being centered.  Lisa was certified in massage at the Acupressure Institute in Berkeley, and is licensed with the California Massage Therapy Council.

 


After care

I believe you should get the massage you want, and the massage your body needs.  Be it Deep Tissue, Swedish, range of motion, or energy work, I stay in communication, and tuned in to your needs, to deliver just the right pressure throughout your massage.  Before each session we will discus what issues you would like worked on, any current health concerns, and pressure preference, so that we can customize your massage for the benefits you are seeking.
